We'll get on the roof and show you the photos.
Roof inspections, repairs and replacement for McKinney, Allen, Prosper and the towns around them. The inspection is free, there's no obligation after it, and we don't knock on doors.
What we do
Three things, and the same crew does all of them.
Free inspection
Somebody gets on the roof, photographs what's up there and walks you through it. No charge, no obligation, and you keep the photos.
Repairs
Leaks, lifted or missing shingles, flashing, pipe boots and valleys. Emergency tarping when water's coming in and a proper repair can't happen that day.
Replacement
Full tear-off and replacement in architectural or Class 4 impact-resistant shingle, or standing seam metal. Always quoted at the house.
What an inspection costs
The inspection is free, and there's no obligation. No trip charge, no "diagnostic fee", no pressure at the end of it. Somebody comes out, gets on the roof, takes photographs and shows you what's actually there. Whatever you do next is up to you — including nothing.
About your insurance — the honest version
You'll hear roofers promise things on this that Texas law doesn't allow them to do. Here's exactly where the line is, so you know what you're being offered.
What we can do
- Inspect the roof and photograph everything we find
- Give you that documentation, in writing, to use however you want
- Be on the roof at the same time as your adjuster, and point out what we saw
- Quote the repair or the replacement
What we can't — and nor can anyone else
- File your claim, negotiate it, or speak to your insurer on your behalf
- Tell you whether something is covered, or what the claim is worth
- Waive, cover, discount or absorb your deductible
In Texas a contractor can't act as a public adjuster on a house it's also going to repair (Insurance Code 4102.163), and can't offer to waive or absorb your deductible (Business & Commerce Code 27.02) — your insurer can ask you to prove you paid it. If a roofer offers you either one, that tells you something.
Ballpark a new roof
A rough range so you're not going in blind. Sample rates for this demo; the real number comes after somebody has been on the roof, because pitch, layers and decking all move it.
Layers to tear off, rotten decking and the number of valleys and penetrations all move this. The inspection is free and the quote after it is the real number.
How it works
- Call or use the chat. Day or night. After hours the AI assistant takes the details and flags an active leak straight to the owner.
- Free inspection. Somebody gets on the roof, photographs it and shows you what's there. You keep the photos either way.
- You decide. Repair, replace, or sit on it. If it's a storm claim, the documentation is yours to take to your insurer.
